File integrity monitoring
According to the supplied technical report, FDD24 checks files hourly and Care twice daily. The WordPress plugin schedules checks every 12 hours; execution depends on the site scheduler.

File monitoring detects changes. Request filtering limits attacks. Access control determines who can reach data. These controls complement each other.

Request and login controls
The FDD24 integration can automatically block requests or restrict an account under configured rules. These controls are not part of file monitoring alone.

Event logs
Logs help trace actions. Their reliability also depends on integrity checks, access controls, retention and a separate copy.

Backups and recovery
A database restore test is different from recovering a working application. Recovery commitments require measurement in an agreed environment.
